Kyle Shoulders’ Halloween costume this year was of an NCR ranger from a video game series called Fallout. Shoulders was very happy with how the costume turned out and spent much time making it detailed and good-quality. “In labour hours, it took probably thirty to thirty-six hours to make the costume.” said Shoulders.
