Wrestling Essentials: Stas Betance

Wrestling season is approaching, and like any other sport, there is necessary gear for a wrestler to bring their “A-Game”. Junior wrestler, Stas Betance, gives a look into what he keeps in his wrestling bag for his matches and practices.

Daisy is a senior and the web-editor-in-chief, this is her third year on staff. Due to the fact that Daisy runs cross country and track for Monarch she is constantly eating and has a particular addiction to bananas (especially in pancakes!). Her family is from Washington state and both her brothers live for football, so she is a Seahawks fan because not being one would be a crime in her house. In her free time she enjoys hikes, taking photos of her friends being weird, and reading anything that has words on it. Daisy owns a pet betta fish names Jonah because she like the story of Jonah and the Whale and finds it ironic that her tiny fish is named Jonah.
