Monarch Shows Off Spooky Spirit
Social studies teachers Matt DiCarlo, James Kelpy, Deann Bucher, and Kristen Kerr Gannon gaze off into the “final frontier” while dressed as Star Trek characters and accompanied by their trusty Star-ship Enterprise.
With goblins and ghosts roaming the air, Monarch’s students and teachers got into the spirit of Halloween by donning costumes and giving the school an overall festive feel. There was a teacher pumpkin carving contest, a costume contest hosted by the library, and the science department topped it all off by blowing up a pumpkin.
