Jack Howard is an alien being who was exiled from his planet of origin thousands of years ago. He was once the target of relentless government torture and experimentation, but has now escaped and is working for The Howler under the threat of apparent death. He is trying to express his bizarre and esoteric artistic visions in a mainstream newspaper and needs your help!
